Terms
Terms & conditions
These conditions accompany the price list and apply to Celebrly orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where the customer is a consumer, the mandatory rights provided by applicable law always remain unaffected.
They apply from September 22, 2026, and each order is governed by the version in force on the day it was confirmed.
Who is selling
Celebrly is the trading name of Gaetano Manuele Trefiletti. For any communication, including complaints: info@celebrly.it.
1. Scope and delivery
Celebrly creates personalized digital invitations according to the product chosen, the content supplied by the customer and what is agreed during the work. Delivery consists of the final link and, for the €39 and €65 Canva products, also of the complimentary static PDF.
2. Revisions and support
Two rounds of changes after the first demo are included. Up to the day of the event, specific technical updates — such as times, addresses, wording or links — remain included. Redesigns of the graphics, structure or style, and any further revisions, may be quoted separately.
3. Customer material
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, contact details, IBAN, wording and any other information provided, as well as for holding the rights needed for photos, logos, music, text or other material supplied. Celebrly may refuse unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Lead times
The lead times indicated are estimates. Delays in sending material, approvals or changes on the customer’s side may move the delivery date. Celebrly is not liable for delays directly caused by missing or late information from the customer.
5. Online availability — 12 months
Online access is provided for up to a maximum of 12 months after the date of the event. Once that period has passed, links, dashboards and online content may be deactivated or deleted, with no obligation to retain or restore them.
6. Third-party services and platforms
Canva Invitations also depend on Canva’s services; Website Invitations depend on hosting, domain, network and other technical providers. Celebrly takes reasonable steps to keep the service running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in the event of failures, changes or discontinuation of third-party services, force majeure, provider suspensions, or the discontinuation of the Celebrly business or website. Mandatory rights under the law remain unaffected.
7. PDF copy of Canva Invitations
The static PDF delivered for Canva products is an archival copy: it does not reproduce animations, transitions, forms, dashboards, countdowns, interactive maps or other online features. After delivery, keeping the file safe is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Refunds, withdrawal and personalization
Products are created and/or personalized for a single event. Once work has started, no refunds are given for a simple change of mind, in the cases permitted by law. Where required by distance selling rules, work begins during the withdrawal period only with the customer’s express consent and, where applicable, with acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. The mandatory remedies provided by law in the event of non-conformity, and any other mandatory rights, remain unaffected.
In practice. If you are a consumer you have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give a reason: an explicit notice to info@celebrly.it is enough. The period runs from the day the order is confirmed. If you ask us to start before the fourteen days have expired, the right of withdrawal is lost at the moment the work is completed. If withdrawal is exercised while work is still in progress, what you paid is refunded, less an amount proportional to the work already done. Refunds are made within fourteen days, using the same means of payment as the order.
Model withdrawal form — you don’t have to use it, a notice of your own is just as good:
“I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the contract concluded on [date] with Gaetano Manuele Trefilettifor [subject]. Name: [your name]. Date: [today].”
9. Future discontinuation or unavailability
The end of online access after the stated period, or unavailability due to external events not reasonably within Celebrly’s control, does not give rise to a right to a refund. The same applies to the loss of features tied to third-party platforms, without prejudice to mandatory rights under the law. For Canva products, the static PDF is the copy intended for the customer’s own records.
10. Privacy and RSVP data
Responses collected through forms and dashboards are processed solely to manage the event and in accordance with the applicable privacy notice. The customer must use guests’ data only for purposes consistent with organizing the event and in compliance with data protection law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If there is a problem, the customer can write to info@celebrly.it: a direct solution is always sought first. Where the customer is a consumer, the competent court for disputes is that of the place where they reside or have elected domicile, and the option of turning to an alternative dispute resolution body remains available.
Before purchase — By placing an order the customer declares that they have received the price list, have read the essential conditions, and approve the product chosen, the price and the terms of supply.
