Privacy notice

Privacy, cookies and analytics

This website is here to tell you what we do, not to follow you around the internet. Below is everything that actually runs when you open it, and what happens to the data you leave us in the forms.

What we use, in short

Google Ads

We advertise on Google. Its tag tells us how many of the people who saw an ad then got in touch: without it, we’d be paying blind. To do that it writes cookies on your device, and they can also be used to show you our ads again elsewhere.

Until you accept, the tag is loaded but blocked: we use Google’s consent system (Consent Mode v2) with everything denied from the start. No marketing cookies are written and no personal data is sent.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you: it counts the pages opened and little else. That’s why it works even if you decline above.

The quote request form

If you fill in the form on the home page, you leave us three things: your name, what you’d like to create and a contact to reply to (email or phone). We use themonly to reply to your request: that is the legal basis for processing them — no newsletter, no mailing list, no sharing with third parties for advertising.

The data ends up in our own database on Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Ireland), and only we read it. We keep it for as long as it takes to handle the request and any work that comes from it, then we delete it. If you want us to delete it sooner, just ask (see “Who handles the data” below).

Reviews

Whoever leaves a review signs it with a name of their choice: that name and the text become public on the home page, but only after we’ve approved them. If a review is yours and you want to change it or remove it, write to us and we’ll take it down.

The couples’ invitations

The invitations we prepare (the addresses starting with /inviti/) are private pages: the Google tag isn’t there. Whoever opens them is a couple’s guest, not our customer, and it doesn’t seem right to us to track them. If you RSVP, the details you write in the form go only to the couple.

Changing your mind

Whenever you like: reopen the cookie preferences and choose again. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings, or browse in a private window.

Who handles the data

Data controller: Gaetano Manuele Trefiletti. For any request — finding out what data we hold, correcting it or deleting it — write toinfo@celebrly.it: we reply within thirty days, as required by the European regulation (GDPR).

Data collected by Google may also be processed outside the European Union, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
